Scope and Interpretation
These Sports Rules govern all wagering conducted through Vipyes Sports and apply to every Client who places bets on the Vipyes platform. By placing a bet, the Client confirms acceptance of these Rules as binding terms. The Company may amend these Rules at any time; continued wagering after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Definitions
- Line — the proposed market and winning odds for a given event, displayed by the Company at bet acceptance.
- Bet — an agreement between the Client and the Company to place a wager on a listed outcome under the terms shown on the Line; the bet is created upon acceptance of the Line by the Client and funds deposited for betting.
- Outcome — a distinct unit within a Line on which a bet may be placed (for example, a team win, draw, or specific event result).
- Odds — the multiplier applied to the stake to determine potential payout, subject to adjustments as provided in these Rules.
- Event — the sporting or e-sports competition to which a Line and its Outcomes relate.
- Market — a specific bet type or proposition offered within an Event (for example, win/draw/win, handicap, or total).
Bet Types and Calculations
The Company offers several types of bets. Each bet type has defined payout calculations and restrictions as set out below.
Single Bet
A bet placed on a single Outcome of a single Event. The payout equals the stake multiplied by the odds shown on the accepted Line.
Multiple Bet
A bet on the outcomes of two or more unrelated Events. A Multiple pays only if all included Outcomes win. If any Outcome loses, the entire Multiple is lost. Payout is the product of the individual Odds multiplied by the stake.
System Bet
A bet comprising several Separate Multiples of the same size on a defined number of Outcomes. Payouts are calculated for each included Multiple independently and then summed. A System bet is not a single consolidated payout but a series of separate Settlements for each component Multiple.
Conditional Bet
A chain of Bets where the settlement of subsequent parts depends on the outcome of the main part. Only the main part is typically paid immediately; funds for dependent parts are derived from the winnings of the main bet. Events from the main part must not be included within any Conditional Bet. If the main part loses, all Conditional Bets are lost. If the main part yields winnings that are insufficient to settle all Conditional Bets, the remaining Conditional Bets are void.
Prohibited Combinations
It is prohibited to include events relating to the same match within Multiple or System Bets. If such events are included, the bet is refunded. The Company reserves the exclusive right to determine whether events are related and to enforce this prohibition.
Final Odds and Adjustments
Final odds for all listed bet types reflect event specifics (such as handicaps or totals), postponements, or transfers to a different date. When a Line changes after bet acceptance but before settlement, the Company reserves the right to preserve the terms applicable at bet acceptance; in some cases, odds may be adjusted to 1.00 where required by the circumstances.
Bet Acceptance, Timing, and Settlement
Bets are accepted on the basis of the valid Line displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Bets are generally accepted before the Event starts, except Live Bets which are accepted during the Event on Undetermined results.
- The Line in effect at bet acceptance governs the bet. Changes to Odds, Handicap, or Limits may occur at any time by the Company, with the client’s pre-change bets remaining subject to the original terms.
- 2.2 Live Bets may be accepted while an Event is in progress. Bets on Live Events are settled based on the Event results as they become officially known.
- 2.3 Any issues such as incorrect bet settlement or unsettled bets must be reported within 30 days of the Event’s end.
- 2.4 The Company may update the Line, including Odds, Handicaps, and Bet Limits, at any time. Bets placed before such changes remain valid on the terms existing at bet acceptance.
- 2.5 The minimum and maximum Bet amounts for any Event depend on the Sport and Market and are determined per Event and per Bet type. The Company may impose restrictions on individual Accounts without notice.
- 2.6 Any Bet placed on an Event with a result already known at the time of bet acceptance is void and the stake is returned. Such Bets are excluded from any Multiples.
- 2.7 Bets placed on the Prematch Line after the Event start may settle at odds of 1.0 where applicable.
- 2.8 The Company strives for accuracy but is not liable for obvious errors or omissions in odds, results, participants, or start times.
- 2.9 The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of bet details. Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be altered or cancelled.
- 2.10 Technical failures or communication interruptions are not grounds for bet cancellation once a bet has been registered on the Company’s servers.
- 2.11 In the event of erroneous settlement due to technical faults, the Company may re-settle affected Bets.
- 2.12 The Company may decline to accept Bets from any Client or close/block accounts for any reason, including suspected breaches of these Rules. No explanation is required for such denial or action.
- 2.13 Clients must not place multiple identical Bets on the same Match to circumvent Limits. Such conduct may result in additional restrictions, Bet placement limitations, or account blocking.
Bonus, Wagering and Bonus Bets
Bonus funds are governed by separate wagering terms. Clients hold two balances: real funds and bonus funds. Real balance is used for standard Bets; when real funds are exhausted, wagering with bonus funds is permitted only under the stated bonus terms. Winnings from bonus wagering are credited to the bonus balance.
- 3.1 Bets placed from a non-wagered bonus balance that becomes deactivated prior to settlement are void.
- 3.2 Bonus funds may not be used to circumvent wagering requirements or to place Bets that would defeat bonus terms.
- 3.3 If a bet is placed from bonus funds and those funds are subsequently converted to real money, the bet remains subject to the bonus terms and may be settled accordingly.
- 3.4 Clients may choose to wager exclusively with real funds; the amount available as real funds is visible in the Client’s balance display.
- 3.5 When a Bonus is active, it is prohibited to place Bets on more than one Outcome within the same Market on a single Event. Violation may result in cancellation of Bonuses and all winnings derived from Bonus wagering.
Live Betting Rules
Live Bets are accepted on Events as they unfold and are settled based on outcomes determined immediately after the Event concludes, using official data unless otherwise stated.
- 4.1 Live Odds move in real time to reflect Event progression. Differences between selection and acceptance can affect potential winnings.
- 4.2 Live Bets are settled according to results confirmed by official sources; subsequent updates do not alter settled Live Bets unless otherwise specified.
- 4.3 The Company may settle Live Bets using its own internal statistics where appropriate, with non-competing outcomes treated as void unless otherwise stated.
- 4.4 Bets on outcomes whose results are determined during the Event remain valid and will settle even if the Event is interrupted.
- 4.5 Claims for Live Bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the Event’s start.
- 4.6 If an Event is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of commencement, Bets on outcomes that are not unconditionally determined will be settled at odds of 1 or refunded as applicable.
- 4.7 The date and time shown in the Line relate to the termination of Bet acceptance, not necessarily the Event start. The official Event start time for settlement is the actual start time confirmed by the governing body’s protocol documents.
- 4.8 By placing a Bet, the Client confirms agreement with these Rules and accepts responsibility for the Bet details.
-
4.9 Vipyes may refuse Bets from certain Persons, including:
- Under the legal age in the Client’s jurisdiction (not less than 18);
- Participants in the Events (athletes, coaches, officials);
- Persons affiliated with other Betting Companies or attempting to obtain unfair advantage;
- 4.10 The Company reserves the right to block access to a Client’s account on reasonable suspicion of automated or bot betting.
