General Bonus Terms

These terms govern every Promo and Bonus offered by Vipyes. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these General Bonus Terms and any promotion‑specific terms that accompany the offer. In the event of a conflict, the promotion‑specific terms prevail.

Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply: (a) Bonus refers to promotional funds credited to a Bonus Balance; (b) Real Balance refers to funds in the main account; (c) Bonus Balance means funds subject to wagering requirements; (d) Activation means the process by which a Bonus is enabled for use; (e) Wagering Requirements are the number of times the Bonus amount must be staked or otherwise wagered before any Bonus Balance or winnings may be withdrawn.

Eligibility and Verification

  • Only players who have completed Vipyes account verification (including identity, age, and current residence) and accepted these Terms are eligible to claim any Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback, or other promotions.
  • Vipyes may restrict access to promotions by geographic location or licensing regime. Eligibility may require ongoing compliance with Responsible Gambling policies.

One Bonus Per Person

  • Subject to verification, each player may hold only one active Bonus at a time. Rewards are non‑transferable between accounts and household members.
  • Claims based on shared devices, IP addresses, or payment accounts may be rejected or reversed if suspected of circumvention.

Activation and Opt-In

Bonuses must be activated before placing the applicable deposit. Activation may be performed via the Bonus page or by entering a promotion code where applicable. Activation is not retroactive once a wager has commenced on the deposit.

Balance Allocation and Usage

Bonuses are credited to a dedicated Bonus Balance. Only after the Real Balance is exhausted will bets be funded from the Bonus Balance. To play with Bonus Funds, users must select the Bonus Balance as the active funding source when placing bets.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

  • Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 40x the Bonus Amount. Winnings derived from the Bonus are subject to the same wagering requirements.
  • Game contributions toward wagering requirements are as follows, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise: Slots 100%; Table Games 0%; Video Poker 20%; Live Casino 0%; Other Games 0%.
  • Some games may be excluded from wagering contributions entirely or restricted while a Bonus is active. Such exclusions will be listed in the individual promotion terms.

Maximum Bets During Bonus Play

While a Bonus is active or being wagered upon, the maximum bet per spin or per single bet is limited to a fixed amount of 5 USD (or the equivalent in the account’s currency). Breaches may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.

Expiration and Forfeiture

Bonuses expire at the time specified in the Promotion Terms, or 14 days from Activation if not otherwise stated. If wagering requirements are not met within the applicable period, the Bonus Balance and any winnings attributable to the Bonus will be forfeited. After a Bonus is forfeited, any remaining Bonus Balance or Bonus‑related winnings are canceled.

No Deposit Bonuses

No Deposit Bonuses are available to eligible verified players in accordance with the Promotion Terms. Winnings from No Deposit Bonuses are subject to a cap of 100 USD/EUR (or the equivalent in the player’s currency). No Deposit Bonus funds may be withdrawn only after the No Deposit wagering requirements have been met, typically 40x the Bonus Amount. No Deposit Bonuses expire 7 days after crediting unless otherwise stated.

Deposit and Cash Back Promotions

Promotions offering Cashback, Deposit Matches, or other rewards are governed by the specific terms published with the offer. Cashback is generally credited post‑promotion and may not carry wagering requirements. Where wagering applies, it is described in the promotion terms. Only bets settled in the main balance count toward applicable promotion metrics unless stated otherwise.

Promotions, Abuse, and Account Integrity

Vipyes reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or cancel promotions if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any activity intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. Examples include systematic betting patterns, multi‑accounting, or exploiting loopholes. Vipyes may suspend, amend, or terminate a promotion, and may withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds or winnings.

Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawals may be requested only after meeting all wagering requirements and other conditions. If a withdrawal request is made before satisfying the wagering requirements, the Bonus Balance and any winnings from the Bonus may be forfeited. Any amount available in the Real Balance may be withdrawn in accordance with Vipyes’ standard withdrawal terms.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

Vipyes may offer a loyalty or VIP program. Membership and benefits are at Vipyes’ sole discretion and may be amended, suspended, or revoked at any time. Benefits are non‑transferable between players and accounts.

Changes to Terms; Governing Law

Vipyes may modify these Terms or the Promotion Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players and take effect after a stated notice period. Governing law will be the law of the jurisdiction in which Vipyes is licensed, and disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. If a translation exists, the English version governs in case of any discrepancy.

Privacy and Data Security

Vipyes processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to Vipyes’ collection and use of personal information as described therein. Vipyes uses cookies to improve user experience as described in the Privacy Policy.
