Vipyes offers a structured, performance‑based affiliate program designed to reward partners for high‑quality traffic that converts into active players. This page outlines the terms, eligibility, and operational flow for joining and earning as a Vipyes Affiliate.

Commission Structure

The Vipyes Affiliate Program operates on a tiered Revenue Share model calculated against Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by referred players. NGR is defined as total gaming revenue retained by Vipyes from such players, after refunds, bonuses, administration deductions, chargebacks, and applicable taxes.

  • 0–5 First Time Deposits (FTD) per calendar month: 25% Revenue Share
  • 6–10 FTD per calendar month: 30% Revenue Share
  • 11–20 FTD per calendar month: 35% Revenue Share
  • 21–40 FTD per calendar month: 40% Revenue Share
  • 41+ FTD per calendar month: 45% Revenue Share

Commissions are earned on eligible NGR attributable to customers referred through Vipyes Affiliate Links. The applicable Commission Structure is documented in the Affiliate Agreement and may be adjusted by Vipyes consistent with regulatory obligations and product availability.

Eligibility and Application

To participate, you must submit an Affiliate Application and accept the Vipyes Affiliate Agreement. Vipyes will review the application and inform you of the outcome. You must provide verification documents as requested, including identity and address verification, and, where applicable for a legal entity, corporate documentation. You acknowledge that inaccurate information may delay payments and that Vipyes may conduct additional checks at any time during the term of the Agreement. Employees, contractors, or immediate family of Vipyes personnel are not eligible to participate.

How to Join

  1. Submit the Affiliate Application and accept the Vipyes Affiliate Agreement.
  2. Receive confirmation and access to your Affiliate Dashboard, tracking links, and marketing assets.
  3. Place Vipyes tracking links on approved channels and begin directing traffic to Vipyes properties.
  4. Monitor performance via the Affiliate Dashboard and optimize campaigns using provided analytics.
  5. Receive monthly reports and applicable commission payments in accordance with the payment terms.

Tracking, Reporting and Marketing Materials

Vipyes provides real‑time tracking and reporting for clicks, signups, deposits, and NGR attributed to your referrals. You will receive dynamic Affiliate Links and an array of approved marketing assets. You may access performance data, exportable reports, and postback capabilities to ensure accurate attribution of conversions.

Branding, Marketing Guidelines, and Acceptable Use

Affiliates must use Vipyes approved branding and marketing materials. All creative execution, sites, and communications should reflect Vipyes accurately and not imply endorsements beyond the Affiliate Agreement. Unauthorized modification of Vipyes branding or misrepresentation of Vipyes products is prohibited.

Payments

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on a defined payout schedule. Minimum payout thresholds are as follows: 50 EUR for e‑wallet or alternative electronic methods and 1,000 EUR for bank transfers. Vipyes may offer additional payment methods and currencies as part of the Affiliate Agreement. All payments are subject to applicable tax withholdings and country‑level regulatory requirements.

Payments are delivered to the Affiliate Wallet, and withdrawal requests must comply with Vipyes withdrawal policies. Payouts are made for commissions earned in the monthly period after the accounting cycle concludes, provided the minimum thresholds are met.

Compliance, AML and Data Protection

Affiliates must operate in compliance with applicable laws, including anti‑money laundering and data protection regulations. Affiliates shall not promote Vipyes to underage audiences or in jurisdictions where participation is prohibited. Vipyes reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partnership for non‑compliance or suspicious activity. Personal Data collected during the Affiliate Relationship will be processed in accordance with Vipyes data protection policies and applicable law.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All Confidential Information disclosed during the term of the Affiliate Agreement must be kept confidential. Affiliates shall not disclose Vipyes trade secrets, pricing or customer data outside the scope of the Agreement. Vipyes retains all rights to its marks, logos and proprietary technology; Affiliates receive a non‑exclusive, revocable license to use Vipyes branding solely for the purpose of promoting Vipyes in accordance with the Agreement.

Support and Account Management

Affiliates are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who provides campaign guidance, optimization recommendations, and timely support. For operational or technical issues, reach out through the designated affiliate support channels; escalation paths are defined in the Affiliate Agreement.

Term, Termination and Post‑ termination Rights

The Affiliate Agreement governs the relationship. Vipyes may suspend or terminate the Affiliate arrangement for material breach, fraud, or breach of applicable law. Earned and unpaid commissions remain payable in accordance with the terms set out in the Agreement, subject to any standard withholding or offset rights allowed by law. Upon termination, affiliates may retain rights to data and reporting as permitted by law and the Agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The Affiliate Agreement is governed by the laws stipulated therein. Any disputes arising from the Affiliate relationship shall be resolved in the competent courts or through the agreed dispute resolution mechanism described in the Agreement.
