Account Security and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your Vipyes account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify Vipyes immediately. Vipyes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is suspected or confirmed fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom remain the property of Vipyes until the promotion terms are satisfied. Inactive and Dormant Accounts
If an account remains inactive for six consecutive months, Vipyes may implement a maintenance charge on the remaining balance or close the account and forfeit any residual funds, subject to a right of restoration where applicable. Closing, Suspension or Termination of Accounts
You may request account closure by contacting Vipyes support. A closure request will take effect within seventy-two (72) hours after confirmation. Closure is not a responsible gaming tool unless expressly requested for such purpose. Vipyes may suspend or terminate access for reasons including fraud, regulatory breach, or risk to customers. Pending withdrawals must be processed in accordance with Vipyes' withdrawal policy prior to final closure where feasible.
